From February my apartment will become available to sublet for at least 3 months. The date to move in during the month of February is flexible. It's a regular studio apartment of nearly 30 m2 in the City Campus Max building, only 10 minutes from Utrecht's city center by bike.

The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all the conveniences for an accommodation of this size, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and stove, many closets, dining area, kitchen utensils, and TV.

The rent is €835 and includes the costs of water, heating, electricity and internet. These utility bills amount to about €150 on average. Additionally it includes the yearly municipality tax of Utrecht, which amounts to about €100 for the entire 3 months.
